GUARANTEE
All  Impex ophthalmic surgical instruments are unconditionally guaranteed for life against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship when used for their intended surgical purpose and cared for in accordance with recommended procedures. In the event any Impex instrument should fail as a result of a manufacturing defect in material or workmanship, it will be replaced or repaired at no charge

Orders can be placed through our toll free customer service line 888-88-IMPEX  in the USA (International 718-447-4800), by fax 718-447-6109, by email info@impexsurgical.com. Orders can also be placed through the Impex sales representative in your area. Please refer to the order form on the Forms page.
PRICES 
Please call our customer service department or your local IMPEX sales representative for prices. Prices are subject to change without notice
SHIPPING 
Shipments of surgical products are made via UPS Second Day in the USA. Courier services are used for international shipments. Shipments can also be made via other couriers upon customer request. All shipments are F.O.B. Staten Island, NY. Method of shipment is subject to change without notice
TERMS OF PAYMENT 
Invoices are net 30 (USA only). If a payment is received after the 30 day period, a finance charge of 1.5% of an annual rate of 18% will be charged. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are also accepted.
RETURN POLICY 

All products returned to IMPEX, must be accompanied by a return authorization number. This number can be obtained by call our office (888-88-IMPEX or 718-447-4800) prior to shipment. Merchandise should be carefully packaged, shipped prepaid by Federal Express, UPS, registered mail or courier service, insured, and sent to our office. Each shipment must be accompanied by a document showing the full name and address of sender, list of items, a copy of the invoice, and the reason for the return.
Merchandise returned for credit will be accepted under the following conditions ONLY:

  • IMPEX determines that the product is not damaged and is in saleable condition in its original package.
  • Full credit will be issued for all merchandise returned within 15 days after the date of shipment plus freight charge.

  • Returns received 16-30 days after shipment are subject to a 10% restocking fee charge plus freight charge.

  • Returns received after 31 days will not be accepted.

    The following items CANNOT be accepted for credit except those resulting from an error made by IMPEX:
    • Custom made instruments
    • Discounted models
    • Damaged, abused, or custom etched instruments
    • Sterile and disposable products
    • Diamond Knives
    • Cannulas
REPAIR SERVICE 
For repair instruments, please refer to the Repair on the Forms page. Impex repairs instruments from any manufacturer.
INSTRUMENT TRIAL POLICY (U.S. CUSTOMERS ONLY) 

All reusable instruments are available for a 15-day evaluation period. To trial an item, contact our customer service department or fill out the 15-day Instrument Trial Form located on the Forms page. Once the form is filled out, fax the form back to IMPEX and your trial will be shipped out immediately upon availability.

After evaluating the item(s), either keep the item and pay the invoice that was mailed with the trial remark or simply call our customer service department and retrieve a Return Authorization number to receive full credit for the item. If returning an item, please refer to the Return Policy outlined above.

DIAMOND KNIFE TRIAL POLICY (U.S. CUSTOMERS ONLY) 
A selection of diamond knives are available for a 7-day evaluation period. To trial a diamond knife, contact our customer service department or fill out the Diamond Knife Trial Form located on the Forms page. Once the form is filled out, fax the form back to IMPEX and your trial will be shipped out immediately upon availability
After evaluating the diamond knife/knives, please return it back to IMPEX within 7-days with an Attention to Diamond Knife Trial Return. When returning the diamond knife, please ship it Federal Express, UPS, or Register Mail and insure the package. If you wish to purchase the diamond knife, please contact our customer service department to place an order
